Guarantee Terms.

We keep things simple. Here's exactly how the guarantee works — no legal gymnastics, no buried clauses.

Eligible tier: The guarantee applies exclusively to Full System (Tier 3) clients. Foundation, Growth Engine, and Meta Ads Only are not covered.

Minimum ad spend: A minimum Meta ad spend of $2,000 per month must be maintained for the full 90-day guarantee period. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta — it is not included in OmniGrowth's service fee.

When the clock starts: The 90-day guarantee period begins on the day your Meta ad campaigns go live. The pre-guarantee phase (ICP, messaging, outbound, funnel build) is not counted toward the 90 days.

What counts as "qualified": A qualified call is a scheduled conversation with a decision-maker who matches your approved ICP, has a genuine need, and has the authority to buy. Discovery calls with unqualified prospects, no-shows, and tyre-kickers do not count.

Client obligations: You must attend all scheduled strategy calls, respond to leads within 24 hours, maintain the agreed ad spend, and follow the process as designed. If client-side delays (e.g., ghosting leads, pausing ads, ignoring feedback) materially impact results, the guarantee may be voided at OmniGrowth's discretion.

What happens if we miss: If fewer than 5 qualified calls are generated within 90 days — and the client has met all obligations above — OmniGrowth will continue running campaigns at cost (service fee reduced to zero; client covers hard costs only) until 5 qualified calls are delivered. Ad spend continues to be the client's responsibility during the extended period.

Foundation must be installed first: The guarantee requires the Growth Engine foundation (ICP, messaging, outbound, funnel) to be fully installed and validated before Meta ads launch. Clients who request skipping steps or launching ads prematurely waive the guarantee.

One guarantee per engagement: The guarantee applies to the initial 90-day ad period only. Subsequent quarters are not automatically covered, though the system is designed to compound results over time.
